Soft Sculptures

This series of soft sculptures are conceptual self-portraits that embody internalized struggles from anxiety, anger, and loneliness to weariness, insecurity, and self-protection. Exploring the visceral combination of form, color, pattern, and texture, these intimate beings personify the struggles we all deal with but keep stuffed deep inside. All textiles are hand-painted and printed with dye.
